What we keep, and why
- The monthly update. Your email address, the lists and needs you picked, and when and to which wording you agreed. We use them only to send you the update, because you asked for it. If you also ticked the box for AI GTM Studio's own emails, we keep that choice too, and use it only for that.
- Reports. If you email us about a list, we keep your email and what you wrote to decide the report and reply. We do this because it is in our and the public's interest that the lists are right.
Who handles it for us
Resend sends our emails and holds the subscriber list. Vercel hosts this site and keeps short-lived request logs. Both may process data in the United States, under the UK's international data transfer safeguards. We never sell your information or give it to anyone else to market to you.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. After that we keep your address, the lists and needs you had picked, and the date and wording you agreed to, for two years, to show what you agreed to and to make sure you aren't emailed again by mistake. Then we delete them. If you never confirm, we keep nothing from the form: Resend keeps a log of the confirmation email it sent, for a limited time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it: write to mark@aigtmstudio.com. Every update has a one-click link to stop. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The companies and people on the lists
The lists use only public sources, and every item links to its own. A company, or a person named in an item about a company's leadership, can ask us to correct or remove it: see Report a problem.
